Welcome to Visty, a business card scanning and contact management app built and maintained by an independent developer. By installing or using Visty, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please uninstall and stop using the app.

Eligibility and Business Use

You must be at least 16 and able to enter into a binding agreement. Visty is intended for professional and business use. If you use Visty on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to do so and that your use complies with your organization's policies and applicable law.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the security of your device and any account credentials. Do not share your account or allow unauthorized access. If you believe your account is compromised, notify us promptly.

License and Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Visty for its intended business purposes. You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or create derivative works from the app. All rights in Visty, including code, designs, and trademarks, remain with the developer.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the business card data and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide, improve, and secure the service. Do not upload content you do not have permission to share.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use Visty for unlawful purposes; (b) upload malicious code; (c) infringe the privacy or intellectual property rights of others; (d) circumvent security or rate limits; or (e) use automated scraping or bulk downloading beyond normal business workflows.

Fees and Third-Party Charges

The app may offer free and paid features. Prices and terms will be shown before you purchase. Your mobile carrier or app store may also charge fees (for example, data or subscription charges); you are responsible for those costs.

Service Changes and Availability

We may add, change, or remove features, and may update the app for security and compatibility. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or for maintenance and security reasons.

Privacy

Your use of Visty is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle data for business users. Please review it carefully.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Visty is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for lost data, business interruption, or indirect damages. Do not rely on Visty to store highly sensitive data such as passwords or government IDs.

Termination

You may stop using Visty at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your license ends and you should delete the app. Certain sections (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability) survive termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use as we add features or change providers. The updated terms will be posted here with the effective date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
